SOLIDARITY COVID-19 - FOOD BASKETS OPERATION
IN FAVOR OF DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES
The global spread of the Coronavirus pandemic has had serious repercussions on Polynesian families already affected socially and economically
Faced with this unprecedented situation, and in the continuity of our actions in favor of the families of Fenua, The Te Ti'aturi Nei Foundation of Paul and Mareva Marciano wished to help these families in a very precarious situation, more precisely, through the distribution of food baskets.
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
To organize the Solidarity Food, the Foundation has compiled a roadmap to end to avoid duplication in other operations conducted. W e have therefore made an initial census in the various towns to Tahiti in collaboration with social agents, and neighborhood referents.
We would like to thank our united and committed partners, Carrefour Tahiti and its employees for the preparation of the food baskets, Toyota Tahiti for the loan of the van for the tours in the neighborhoods of Tahiti;
Thanks to the support provided, this enabled us to successfully carry out our distribution operations for more than 4 months, with 2,226 people affected by the COVID-19 health crisis ,
As well as all the volunteers, the referents of the districts who accompanied us on the various distributions, Thank you all for these beautiful days of sharing.
Thank you, to Charles Ange , Teva, Jean-marie Tamu and his wife, Anavaitea, Christel, Imina , Maryse, Marianne, Cyndi , Poerani , as well as the beneficiary families who joined us for the last distribution.
From the bottom of my heart, Thank you to our partners, to everyone, for your solidarity, your commitment, your dedication, in favor of the families of Fenua.
